We are in urgent need of funds for erecting a shed for hapless dogs who have been made to suffer extreme cruelty. On the 7th Feb , Pmc picked up 50 strays from Bramha suncity in Pune .
This was regarding an un investigated incident of dog bite. The Gazette of India 2023 clearly states that any case involving dogs , should be strictly as per rules specified .
But this Govt law was over looked. There was a court case and HC directed that rules have to be strictly adhered to and the dogs should be sent back . But pmc released only 50% .
The remaining 20 dogs are in tiny cages 2×3 for 4 months and suffering the torture.
We the volunteers want to erect a shed for these dogs so as to allow them to move about , which they have not done so in the 4 months. Land is in BC hospital . We would like to do this as soon as possible so that the dogs who have suffered and have terrible effects on their legs because of this craming are relieved.
Request Pl help us . Funds required would be 2 lakhs .
