The Vaghmi Foundation
The Story Behind Our Movement
The Vaghmi Foundation is a limited company incorporated in 2018 under Section 8 of the Companies Act 2013. Act. Its objects include the promotion of social welfare, education, charity, culture, sustainable development, protection of the environment, research, and allied activities. Income accruing, if any, are applied in promoting its objects. It is an implementing agency for CSR programs u/s 135 of the Companies Act 2013, and projects through direct grants.
